Description
Ateş Hekimoğlu, played by Timuçin Esen, is a famous infectious disease and nephrology specialist who treats unusual situations by using unique techniques with his team of three. The series chronicles the day-to-day activities of this introverted, funny and maverick medical genius who ignores hospital regulations and does whatever it takes to practice medicine his way. Joined by his colleague Orhan Yavuz (Okan Yalabık), as Hekimoğlu’s reputation grows, his inability to keep up with the hospital’s hierarchy often gives the administrator Ipek (Ebru Özkan) a hard time. Every episode of the local adaptation of the popular U.S. television show House features a topic related to love, sacrifice, friendship, discipline or humanism. The show has been voted the best remake in Turkish TV history by viewers.
