Description
Follows Basma, a young girl whose childhood is scarred by violence and neglect from her mother and stepfather. Her teacher Maryam notices the signs of distress and bravely helps her escape. Maryam takes Basma under her care, raising her with the love, safety and support that she had long been denied.
