Description
1940, Zonguldak, Turkey. Everybody in town makes a living by working at the coal mine that belongs to the wealthiest man in town, Malik. Davut, his brothers and his father all work at Malik’s mine. The mine collapses because of Malik’s actions, and nine miners die, including Davut’s father. Davut is furious and heartbroken. He confronts Malik and shoots him. Malik is heavily injured, and Davut is immediately detained for attempted murder. But Malik has an unexpected offer for him that will change his destiny and lead him to his endless and lawless love Gulfem, the daughter of Malik.
